Name tags & desk plates for the whole class

Back-to-school's most-typed words are your students' names. Type them zero times: one click makes a plate or tag for everyone. Free · no signup · nothing uploaded unless you turn on sync.

Why teachers use it

Two styles, one roster

Big desk plates (two per page) for tables and cubbies, or badge-sheet tags (eight per sheet, sized for Avery 5395) for field trips and the first week of school.

Print, cut, done

Dashed cut guides between tags, names auto-sized so "Ana" and "Alexandriana" both fill their tag beautifully, and diacritics kept intact.

One PDF for the class

The usual template sites make you type each name and download 28 files — or watermark the result. Here: one click, one file, zero watermarks.

Questions teachers ask

Will the 8-per-sheet tags line up with my label sheets?

They're sized to match Avery 5395-style badge sheets (2⅓″ × 3⅜″, 2 × 4 grid). On plain paper, use the dashed cut guides. Do a one-page test print first — printers vary.

First names only?

Toggle "Show last names" off — first names print big and friendly, which is the usual choice for elementary desk plates.

Can I add my class name to each tag?

Yes — the optional corner label prints small in the corner of every tag: class name, room number, "Field trip — May 12", anything.
