Classroom jobs chart

Line leader, door holder, paper passer — assigned in one click, rotated fairly every week, printed as a poster for the door. Free · no signup · nothing uploaded unless you turn on sync.

Why teachers use it

The rotation is the magic

One click on Rotate jobs and every job changes hands. No more "whose turn is it to feed the fish?" — the chart remembers so you don't have to.

Fair by construction

Students sit in a fixed rotation order, so turns even out for everyone — no favorites, no one left out. A new student joins the back of the rotation automatically.

A poster, not a spreadsheet

Big friendly type, one card per job, always exactly one page. Print it, tape it by the door, and this week's crew runs itself.

Private by architecture

Runs entirely in your browser. No accounts, no uploads, nothing stored anywhere but your device.

Questions teachers ask

How does the rotation stay fair?

Your class sits in a fixed rotation order and the jobs slide along it. Each rotation hands every job to a new owner, and over a full cycle every student gets exactly the same number of turns. Want a fresh order? "Shuffle crew" re-deals the rotation.

Can I give a specific job to a specific student?

Yes — pick them in that job's dropdown. If they already hold another job, the two students trade places, so nobody ends up with two jobs and the rotation stays fair.

What about absent students?

Jobs are weekly, so a one-day absence usually sorts itself out. If someone is out for longer, hand their job to a classmate in the dropdown — it's a straight trade, and you can trade back when they return.

One roster, every other tool
