What RosterOwl does
RosterOwl is a free web application for teachers. You paste your class list once, and RosterOwl turns it into the documents a classroom actually runs on: seating charts, balanced groups, a fair student picker, a jobs rota, name tags, attendance sheets, checklists, award certificates, bingo cards and flashcards — each produced as a clean one-page PDF you can print.
Every tool works without an account, entirely inside your browser. Signing in with Google is optional, and exists for one reason: so the chart you start on your school computer is waiting for you on your home computer. RosterOwl asks Google only for your account identifier and your email address — never Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Contacts or Classroom — and uses them solely to recognise you across your own devices.
